SMS Terms
Chauncey Agency LLC runs the text messaging for the businesses on its network, including home-service and healthcare businesses. When you fill out a form on one of those businesses’ websites and check the box agreeing to receive texts, or when you agree on a phone call, that business may text you through Chauncey Agency.
What we text
Messages about the request you made: callbacks, appointment and estimate reminders, follow-ups on your request, and a request for a review after a completed job. We do not send marketing to people who did not ask to hear from the business.
How often
Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or email info@chauncey.agency or call (929) 302-0020.
Consent is optional
You do not have to agree to texts to get a quote, appointment, or service.
Your number is never shared
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
